Thumbs up for all of you :D Much watch drama this season :D First four episode I watched, exceptionally delusional. They are professional actors and are amazing at their craft. And you UF, I actually have that thought too.

A wasted cast, boring, I expected some el of improvement with the next episodes, the development of the relationship has no logic. Although I expect more from the drama, I can satisfied with all of the story line and the ending. The FT told him that his elderly mom will die very soon and will follow too by his wife's demise. That totally explains why Hong Joo was disturbed when he said he found her red charger. Ljs on the other hand was exceptional. None the less, it was still a good watch. Pictures show them sitting side-by-side and contemplatively looking off into the el. Maybe am just paying to much attention and mostly I can't leave this out THE CORGI was too adorable. All I can say is that there's something wrong with the TV Rating. And yet he's still cocky and thinks he can beat Jae Chan. I don't medico she can relay the true message of the drama to us.

That would be disappointing. But he earns a hug, which makes him adorably happy.

Full Cast Of “While You Were Sleeping” Revealed Through Photos From 1st Table Script Reading - She annoyed the crap out of me!

Hong-Joo is haunted by seeing the future deaths of others in her dreams. What's worse is that she does not know when the deaths will happen, but she tries to stop her dreams from becoming reality. One night, Hong-Joo dreams about the death of her own mother. Meanwhile, Jae-Chan is a rookie prosecutor. Yoo-Beom was a prosecutor, but he now works as a lawyer. He takes on any case that brings him money. Jae-Chan and his younger brother move to new house and they become neighbors with Hong-Joo. One night, Jae-Chan dreams that Yoo-Beom drives Hong-Joo's car and this leads to a chain of events including the death of Hong-Joo's mother and then Hong-Joo. When Jae-Chan senses that his dream is about to become real, he takes extreme action to stop it. Yoo-Beom becomes furious at Jae-Chan, but Hong-Joo hugs him and thanks him. Jae-Chan and Hong-Joo later work together to solve other cases. I super duper love this drama! To think i parked this for so long and i ended up loving this.. The director's flawlessly able to connect and reconnect the past, present and future.. The actors undeniably so great. What i really love about this show is there is no. I just fell in love again to lee jong suk and of also to jung hae in as well. This is definitely a drama worth watching. I've been watching k dramas for up to a decade now and it is very rarely that a story truly manages to take me by surprise, even rarer that the story gets more fascinating with each episode, with beautiful filming and a stellar cast to drive home the message. For me, WYWS aced all of these things. There were plot twists right until the end, each scene perfectly woven together. The characters developed continuously and even though I was on the edge initially, by the end of it, I was absolutely in love with the three leads. I love that they tried to drive home a greater message through the plot so that by the end of the drama, you're left with this really warm feeling in your heart. In conclusion, this is a truly beautiful drama that really reminds us that as long as good people are still around, there will be justice. A job well done, I would say! It's worth watching for! Also the OST's are awesome!!! My day is incomplete without listening to the OST's. Great job for all who worked hard for this KDrama. So it was still 16 eps anyway. Because I was expected to watch more eps : This drama made me laugh out loud, cry, and smile. I hope there will be WYWS 2 because it would be worth to see Woo Tak become a lawyer. They are really matched as a trio prosecutor, lawyer, and reporter and both of them can protect each other through the dreams. I really expected a good drama after some reviews. A wasted cast, boring, I expected some kind of improvement with the next episodes, the development of the relationship has no logic. Lee Jong-Suk character is really plain, again no development. My mom is more flexible allowing certain things to happen but this time she did not even want to finish it and I just told her was happens next. The only good thing, the cast. Suzy surprised me, she really has grown a lot as an actress. For me, it is not worth investing so many hours in it. Now, I know why people recommended this drama to me. Every ep make me curious what going happen. One kdrama completed with genre in term of sad, funny, thriller , romcom and for lee jong suk oppa. I falling in love with you again. What should I do. Haha, but not in this drama when they falling in love they be like mature couple? I dont know how to explain that-. Anyways, dont hesitate like me. Watch this drama, you're not going to regret. Highly recommended; one of the best dramas of 2017;without a doubt highly recommended and here are the reasons why: 1 One of the most complete casts ever! Also, did watch several C-Drama, TWdrama, American TV shows, Animes before landing to Kdrama. All I can say is that there's something wrong with the TV Rating. Mentioned high-rated dramas are quite satisfying. Just by watching the first 2 episodes, at least the 3rd episode should have at very least increased by 2 to 5% if not hit real high +10% and to take note that this is from SBS. Ratings could have been easy 20% to 30%. The story is good and the acting of Lee Jong-Suk is Excellent, especially in being a prosecutor. In romance at all Lee Jong-Suk with Bae Suzy, I cannot feel there have chemistry at all because episodes 1 are very okay, but on other episodes nothing but when it comes to the chemistry of Shin Jae-Ha and Kim So-Hyun its very good. Lee Sang-Yeob was a very good antagonist!!! Bravo to him even he's bad, he still cute. Because i like how the plot and story is well written. Just Hta I cant feel their romantic love... I havent watched any of her works before but I have to say on this drama her acting was pretty decent and I quite enjoyed it. I didnt find her annoying at all! Though I didnt really feel the chemistry between the two of them the drama was beautifully made! I love this drama. It legitimately sent me on a roller coaster of neverending emotions and I've never encountered a more evil villain. Lee Yu Beom, I honestly despise him with all my heart. He makes my blood boil and my veins pop, which proves that Sang-Yeob really is an amazing actor, as he has that effect on a lot of people. On KissAsian, most times the comment section is literally filled with people ranting about Lee Yu Beom, haha. Gotta a whole lot of respect for the man. The OSTs, are literally the essence of this drama. My favourite one is 'When Night Falls' by Eddy Kim. The plot always has a twist and I get more engrossed in each episode. If anything, this show has turned me into a somewhat investigator, and I learned several things about the law. Maybe I should be a law student :??? No, but jokes aside, this is a fairly good introduction to the whole idea of Law. In conclusion, this drama is worth watching. Suzy's acting has improved, like IMMENSELY. As expected, Lee Jong Suk did well. Suzy has really improved as well. But honestly speaking, it was Hae In that convinced me to continue watching this drama. I got really impressed by his acting on Blood. Anyway, about the plot, it was engaging but it has some questionable sequence. Of course, blood alcohol should've been one of the main evidence here but none of it was mentioned. One of the twists surprised me towards the end but other than that, it was mostly predictable. And I believe the writers made Woo Tak's character really irrelevant at some parts, when in fact, this was all about the three of them and their dreams. None the less, it was still a good watch. Definitely one of the best drama in 2017. The story line is enjoyable. I love how the writer loves all of the character by giving chance for them to shine. Jung Hae In is definitely a rising star from this drama. I love Seung Won, Chief Choi, Hong Joo's mother and all the co-star. Kim So Hyun's special cameo is my favorite of all the entire episode. I appreciate how the writer put the effort to explain every little detail in this drama. All scene are connected, and you just need to pay a little attention to understand them, and for me it's easy.. I can't say suzy is the best actress, but she is one of my favorite. She deliver Hong Joo's character successfully, love all her antics.. This drama is all about the choice we made. Little details we choose to change may affect other person's life. The choice that we made may affect what we are today. And how we used the opportunity given and make it the best out of us. Some may said that three people dreams are cliche and probably boring, but it's the character's given opportunity and choice that started the dream. The choice to repay the kindness of the other person they owe. Although I expect more from the drama, I can satisfied with all of the story line and the ending. For those who searching warm, enjoyable and nice drama, this is a must watch drama. Hmm I'm a fan of both protagonists but I find no chemistry between them. They're cute but that's all. The story line was promosing at first and pretty smart until they ruined it by adding one more person whom can foresee the future as well but somehow his dreams were different from Hong Joo's I know he played a crucial role which helped the main characters a lot ofc Hae In's acting was okay but I don't think it's necessary to make him had that ability too. Also it got really boring in the middle I started to skipped some part or simply watched it in 2x speed. The villain was shallow and too easy to read which was a huge disappointment for me. It's not a bad drama overall but I don't think I'll ever watch the reruns even though I enjoyed looking at Suzy and Jongsuk's visuals. This drama is so good!! I was reluctant to watch it but im glad that i did. This is easily one of my fav drama! Loved Suzy's performance, she has improved greatly since uncontrollably fond. She had such a great chemistry with Jong Suk and omg i loveeeeeee Han Woo Tak! The storyline is just really unique and the plot twists are amazing! I loved every moment of this drama, i finished it in 2 days.. It brought me to tears so many times and made me laugh a lot too. I've done watching this 2 weeks ago, I don't have time to review it. And I must say, I love it.. It almost perfect, but it becomes slightly boring before end. I mean, this drama didn't have that big main problem. Okay, it might be preventing Nam Hong Joo died or catching the main bad guy, but it was not big enough.. If you compare it with another Lee Jong Suk drama such as Pinnochio or Doctor Stranger or W which is my best drama , you will understand what I mean. It made this drama kinda lose its pace in the middle towards before end I enjoyed last 2 episodes. But still this one is one of my best I've watched along with W and doctors.. The ost is great and the chemistry between both MC is great for me. I've seen so many kiss scenes in dramas but their kiss under the rain was the sweetest of all.. I love fantasy supernatural included too drama or movie, so I definetely enjoy this one. OVERALL: Compared to the other OVER ABUNDANCE of dramas coming out this year in 2017, While You Were Sleeping was great! The story plot wasn't so cliched that I barfed rainbows. You could tell that this was no crappy, low-budget kdrama, and that the producers, writers, editors, artists, and actors ALL tried hard! If this was the only requirement for a good drama, WYWS would definitely be at the very top! You could tell that this was no low-budget drama. Editing was top notch. CAST: Of course, no one can hate Lee Jong Suk or Suzy. LJS played a typical LJS drama--the guy who's sweet, funny, and whatnot. My favorite character, by far, was Suzy's character which rarely happens. Unlike MOST female protagonists, her character was NOT ANNOYING and was just... Another thing I loved about this drama was the fact that it also expanded on the lives of co-workers and family. Honestly speaking, I LOVED the side characters WAY MORE than the main ones. Now info about the side characters... Sometimes, I would just watch WYWS just to see what would happen to the side characters! Honestly speaking though, the two MCs were very unrealistic. THe only exception was the freaking second lead, who was sooooooo unrealistic too nice and willing to give up everything , but he was much more enjoyable because of this. When MCs are unrealistic, it's boring, but when side leads are slightly unrealistic, it's more appealing af. One of two dramas of course, Goblin whose soundtracks compel me to continue listening to them after finishing. STORY PLOT: Like many people said, WYWS was a slight bummer compared to Pinocchio. I was so done with him by the end. Even the flipping fudgecake SIDE antagonists were BETTER THAN HIM in terms of interest. The plot was a mix of unique, plot twists, and cliche. I mean, seeing the future through dreams was pretty unique, and how the characters solved problems were uniqiue, but what RUINED THE DRAMA WAS THE OVER-ABUNDANCE OF FILLER SCENES. Example: a whole minute would be dedicated to a slow-motion kiss and then repeating that same scene 50 times just with differnent backgrounds or speeds. Anyways, story plot was good. But I was hooked the whole time. While the writer did fail at meaningful character development, they made up for it via story. Plot twists were INTENSE. AND DETAILS DETAILS DETAILS. DETAILS ARE SO IMPORTANT IN THIS DRAMA. Like, A CHRACTER WHO WAS A WORKER AT A RESTURAUNT OR SOMETHING THAT WE SAW FOR LIKE A SPLIT 30 SECONDS WAS A MAJOR CHRACTER OR SOEMTHING PHENOMINAL A giant downgrade for the writer of Pinocchio. The man is notorious for relying on some small surreal gimmick to add freshness to the plot. In Pinocchio, the mechanic was simple : some people have a hickup when they tell a lie. This is simple, consistent, and used cleverly throughout the story. Here, it's dreams that come true, the most cliche and gratuitous gimmick, one we've all seen before. It's offensive here because the rules are not consistent: sometimes they come true, sometimes they don't. The story is not dreadful, but i expected more. Unfortunately, the series also fails in numerous other ways other than plot. From the very beginning, pacing is slow, with plenty of filler scenes, stupid romantic pseudo-freeze-frames with some cheesy song playing, and abundant flashbacks. You just want to get to the resolution of the extremely simple legal case, but there is so much boring shit to sit through, and then it's dealt with in 3 minutes. These filler scenes might be enjoyable if we had good characters; but we do not. LJS is playing the same kind of guy as he always does, and i'm really starting to think his acting is extremely one dimensional and that he simply can't do anything else. The female lead is poorly fleshed out, a walking plot device that tries really hard to be cute but merely annoys. The chemistry between them is absolutely nonexistent; their interactions have all the warmth of a Siberian landscape. A huge step down from the mother in Pinocchio, who was much more interesting and morally grey. All in all, this is the worst i've seen from Park Hye-Ryun so far. It is not awful, but it is just bland and not good enough to be worth finishing. I don't recommend it for anyone, really. The story line of the drama is really good and clever. I really feel the emotions of each cast, that most of the time leaves me so emotional and crying on most episodes. Am I the only who feel less of the chemistry of BS and LJS? I'm just more into the storyline itself and the suspense, than their romantic scenes. But LJS and BS are really good in portraying each of their roles. But the suspense really gives me the chills like woah amazing. Finally, I can move on from Goblin, not really move on, but this drama make me want to watch a drama till the end again, after Goblin finished i just can't watch any drama till the end 'cause i can't have the feeling from the drama, and my heart still in Goblin, and then this drama came out first i'm excited, i want to watch more, and yeah this drama is my first drama i have been watched till the end after Goblin : Excellent, perfect,a long time ago I did not see a drama without doing skip, all the episodes were good really good none boring and the protagonists were incredible excellent chemistry, the kisses were the best Finally they created a female character that is intelligent, courageous, without fear of skinship from beginning to end, consistent with the story I can not leave out Lee Jong Suk did an amazing job as always. I will see this drama many times Done with the show and have a lot of things to think about! First of all, think this is among the best 2017 shows so far- remained a pleasant and meaningful watch till the end-absolutely great characters and the acting in the finale will move you! LJS is the central point of the show and Suzy is a great foil-one of the best OTPs. All other actors were very good too. The questions raised by the show are very deep-will you still change your future and save yourself from a bad end even if it means you miss out on the most meaningful connections? Hope runs through the show-wait it out and you can emerge from the darkest places! This is one of the unmissables of 2017. Just finish this drama. This could be second drama from jong suk that I love most, the first 'I can hear your voice' actually.... This drama so good, I'm excited to watch every episodes... Actually I watch this drama because of lee jong suk but now I begin to fallin love with suzy and jung hae in. Their visuals so refreshing to watch. I'm waiting for the next project from them.... Everyone was Perfectly Cast specially Jung Hae-In and Kim Won-Hae who stood out the most. I highly recommend as a must watch every episode will keep you on guessing, there was no flaw in the story I love how they connect each of the characters at the end. Maybe am just paying to much attention and mostly I can't leave this out THE CORGI was too adorable! Had held off watching this since found the writer's last dramas ICHYV and Pinochhio addictive and with great suspense. Did not want to end up waiting for the next episodes and found the decision to wait the right one. The show is slughtly less on suspense and more on romance drama and comedy with a supernatural twist. This is a real pleasant watch and worth savoring every scene beautiful actors and beautifully shot. The soundtrack will remain on your playlists for long. Suzy,Lee Jong Suk and Jung Hae in real surprise package! Are superb as 3 different people brought together by a strange common power-they can dream the future!. It is a joy to watch them together and Lee jong Suk has allowed Jung Hae in to Shine here. Have completed 20 eps and am really happy I picked this show up. Really liked this drama. Great casting and acting. LJS and Suzy had such great chemistry together. Some say her acting is bad but never say why why do you think her acting is bad? I just think Suzy is acting her role character. I liked her character and the way she behaves around Jae Chan LJS. At first, cold, then flirty, then girlfriend. Some may find it annoying but I think they her mannerisms are cute and fit the character she is playing. The directors of each drama approved her scenes, so that must mean her character is supposed to act that way. Suzy may not win an academy award not that an academy award is a good barometer of acting ability but I think Suzy is a good actress. I am still in episode 16th , and I really like the story!!!!!! At first I didn't plan watch this because underestimate of suzy's acting. But when i tried watch it, I couldn't stop. This drama doesn't need great acting from lead actress. The story itself so serious and rather dark. So it just needs extreme pretty actress and actors like suzy, lee jong suk, woo tak, lawyer lee to execute it well. So it very comfortable to be watched : Once more that surprise me in this drama, Lee Jong suk and Bae Suzy looks so suit together. Lee jong suk always match with all of his partner in drama, because he is a good actor. But this is the first time I saw something sweet in his eyes when he is looking at suzy. As if he really adores her hahahahaha.... And I see so many skinship with her than his past dramas. Maybe it just me, but i really enjoy this drama. Suzy's dress, make up, and pink sun glasses, everything so inspiring and beautiful and made good mood lol. Suzy been herself in this drama. Her charms is her beauty and fashionable. She still lack in many acting skills, but it's all swiped by her beautiness LOL. Daebak, what a smart director!!! Although it has no top ratings, but it's not so bad : And I am sure they've anticipated this before. But I am sure they have gain from sponsors. Whatever they wear, it looks incridible stunning!!!! I liked a love story between Jae chan and Hong Joo. Thanks to Director and staffs, alsa All the Casts of WYWS, Good Job?. I will missed WYWS... One of the big reasons why I loved this drama was how wonderful the plot was made-its uniqueness and its fantastic flow. The characters were so well portrayed. Lee Jong Suk played a cool yet very goofy character with a big heart I'm tired of serious perfect amazing at fighting male leads and Suzy played an intelligent, cool yet also goofy character. I have to say I was worried that Suzy would ruin the drama, rude I know, but she ended up shocking me and making me love her character. Her acting was fantastic and I felt the same emotions she did. Just wow this drama made me laugh and cry with such a fantastic cast. I can't wait for the future Kdramas to come! Side Note: I'm loving the fact that Korean dramas are showing smart women and men that cry. It's so comforting to know that the stigmas are slowing fading with time. Gosh I'm so happy. Overall Great story and I love the story! I'm a Fan of LJS i always watch his drama and love it much but In this drama, i think Lee Sang Yeob and Jae Ha in are stealing the scene for sure. LJS acting well as usual, but not supported by main lead actress Suzy. No offense for Suzy's fan. I always hope that her acting improve a lot. Poor LJS that he didn't have any chemistry with main lead. I'm not saying this because i'm Suzy's hater. I don't hate her, i love her voice and Dream is my fav song but she can't acting. I loved this drama. The ending was a bit expected- after all, it is a kdrama. I didn't find Suzy's acting as bad as everyone else says; it's just my opinion, but her acting was pretty impressive in the episode where Jae Chan was shot. Every episode was very interesting; I didn't feel like the same thing was dragged onto the whole story like it happens in other dramas. Also, I don't see anyone talking about this, but Lee Sang-Yeob played his role extremely well in my opinion; I think he might become one of my favorite actors. I just wish that he would be given more leading roles, because he seems capable of playing them well. I really enjoyed this drama, it was flawless and I will probably watch it again. A great job done by all the cast and characters. This is the first time I've watched Suzy in a drama and I really enjoyed her acting and believe she done an excellent job. I was already a fan of Lee Jong Suk who in my mind is an excellent actor, I also really like Kim So-Hyun, Lee Sung-Kyung and Min Sung-Wook whose epic comedic timing is priceless. But now I've added the rest of this cast to my favourites as well. I'm sad it's over but I'm happy with the way it ended. With beautiful cinematography and aesthetic looks, mind-blowing plot and plot twists , awesome cast plus awesome chemistry BETWEEN the casts and just over all, a drama that is abundant with feels!!! AAAHH i'm gonna miss my three flying dragons so much! Easily is now one of my top5 favorite drama and highly recommend for everyone! ALSO can we not gloss over the fact that Suzy was such a natural beauty throughout the whole thing?!?!? Like damn, with such minimal make up she still looks better than me on my good days!!! This isn't a great drama although it's pleasant enough. What makes it watchable is the mobile face and Lee Jong Suk and the absolutely brilliant supporting cast. There isn't a weak performance in the lot of them; whoever did the casting should win some kind of an award. It's a legal procedural, pretty weepy, and moves a little slow - not my favorite genre. Not sorry I watched it, but if you're pressed for time, there's probably better stuff out there. I'd recommend it, though, if you want to see some first-rate supporting acting and how the quality if the supporting cast can make a drama much better than it really is. This drama is one of the best... Everything was perfect except for the lead actress.. Why do you think even with such a good plot and with cast like lee Jong suk, Jung Hae In the drama is not high rated?! I do agree she has improved compared to uncontrollably fond and Gu family book.. I can't feel the emotion in this drama. As a procedural drama lover, there are many plot holes in this drama. Good camera works though. The drama seems interesting at the beginning, but at the climax it's really boring for some reason. The ost is good too. Lee jong suk acting is good but Suzy acting can be improve. I hope they can improve it. However, there are better drama than this such as Witch's Court which is currently topping the ratings for dramas this week and The Good Wife which is an adaptation from a popular American series. My conckusion is, overall this drama is good but kinda overrated for international fans. This is just my opinion because I don't feel the 'thriller' vibe in this drama. The love story is interesting and Lee Sang Yoob actung is very superb here. I really recommend you ti watch this drama if you love RomCom type of drama. This is just my opinion. This surely is a good drama like 101 percent. But, I think they missed one very important point. They said that the reason why they can see each others' future through dream is because someone saved them from death and they feel like they have to do something for that person in return as a form of gratitude. I wonder if Kang Cho-Hee Kim Da Ye can see Suzy's future as well. She was saved by Suzy from death from being burned, right? I am beginning to like her!!! I didn't like her acting in previous drama Uncontrollably Fond. She annoyed the crap out of me! I stopped watching after few episodes. For those who are comparing ShinHye with Bae Suzy, shame on you for bashing ShinHye!!! Both have their own unique style and talent in acting and cannot be compared with each other! But whatever other thinks I still love ShinHye, the first Korean actress that I've fall in love with! This is the only on-going Kdrama that I watched and willingly to wait though it really testing my patience, because this drama leave me to watch more whats will gonna happen to our leads and the people surround them. I will miss the loveydovey of JaeJoo Couple, the teamwork of the three flying dragons, the evilness of Yoo Beom, etc. So much feels for this drama. Best of 2017 for me. Thanks for making this drama. I'm very much enjoying watching this drama. Often, or more like in most dramas out there, while there are some 'highs' plot wise in certain episodes, there are also eps which are just 'meh' you know? But this one is consistently good! It is really really good and smooth. Still cannot get into Suzy's acting but she was improving in my opinion. I also cannot watch the lovey-dovey story, I don't know why, it is just too cringy for some reasons, hahahaha. But the story about prosecutor life, the case, the family, that's awesome. I come to watch Lee Jong Suk but eventually fall for Jung Hae In, lol. Is there anybody who's been trapped in Jung Hae Lin just like me? I hope the writer does not ruin the storyline and the mood. Good job : I don't see the main couple's chemistry, but the drama does have some nice twist in the plot-line. However, I honestly look forward to like the romance part of the drama more so that's a little unfortunate. Watching this for lee sang yeob and he's definitely scary. His character is the most intriguing. In ep 26 now, and I do like that Mr. Choi has become significant. Henry's ost is FIRE! By that, I like the ost for this drama. This drama is really unpredictable, and it's coming to an end soon. Since Hong Joo is the only one who causes Jae Chan and Woo Tak to be able to foresee the future in their dreams, I guess she will die at the end, also Woo Tak so that Jae Chan isn't able to prevent what happens to him anymore, and he will just live simply like others. Even though it's just my thought, I still feel like this drama is going to have a sad ending........ I hope this drama gets the highest possible ratings that it deserves. The cast is daebak! Don't get me wrong but I just want to share some of my opinion on ways that could improve this drama in the future. Here are few of my observations, good and bad. The scene where Suzy was on the rooftop waiting for LJS to arrive. Suzy did not show raw emotions that could make us feel the moment because let's face it, the OST was perfect! LJS' entrance was intense and here comes Suzy's awkward mouth-opened expression while LJS was fighting the bad guy. But I must say, Suzy Bae drastically improved a lot in terms of her acting skills compared to when she was in Uncontrollably Fond. The different cases were not inter-related. As much as I would like to have every piece connected in order to form the whole puzzle, the idea of having it interconnected is just not plausible in our reality plus it would be such a complex story to write if it were so. I do not like the idea that LJS' character is all there is to it. I love LJS and I think his acting skills are incredible! But I just seemed to get bored, at times, when you don't find anything mysterious or new added to his character. I hope in the later episodes, he gets to show not only his quirky side but his weak side as well so that the viewers can sympathize well and more with his character. Who portrayed the younger Suzy? She is so in character. Chief Choi is one most-sought actor these days starring from Do Bong Soon to Chief Kim to Black to While You Were Sleeping. You are one hilarious actor! You melt all our stress away. Lee Yu Beom- I would like to think that he has his good side in him... Clearly, he is evil. But only in such case where there is a turnaround in the story that maybe he has his reasons why he did that... Detective Woo Tak- We all love his character, who doesn't anyway? I am quite convinced that he will take the bad route on the second half of the series. The mystery about him somewhat makes me think that it is all interconnected to the childhood of Suzy and LJS because they all were born on the same year. Although it will be heartbreaking to see that he could be the bad guy, for the sake of an amazing storyline, it will be a blessing if he was such because that would make the series more exciting. Because the bad guy has the same ability as the protagonists, he could dream about the two while plotting his perfect scheme which could make the two more careful of their actions and words in reality. The battle of the dreams commences then! Since the three of them are smart enough to analyze each dream and can somehow manage to alter it. Some of my theories could remain just as hope for the episodes to come. Either way, I am excited to watch the coming episodes and see how the stories unfold. This series is seriously thought-provoking! Congratulations to the whole crew! This is one hell of a drama. This is so perfect!! Rollercoasted ride of emotion, crying, nervous then laughing in the next scene. This is a full package. Whenever Hong Ju cries, I can't stop my tears, Suzy is so great, I am wondering if she is spending her life crying because she is so used to it and it was heart wrecking. She is the male lead in this drama, Hong Ju-oppa! How could Lee Jong Suk be such a freakin' cutie and manly at the same time!!! How could a face like yours got a body like that. You already had me at your smile then you stole my breath with your body. So, therefore, this is a really good drama. I don't usually recommend drama's because people have different taste but this one, I am sure that 80% of people will like this so... Mega Bhe Oct 15 2017 1:45 am First time watched this drama, i thought i were experiencing dejavu. Turned out, this drama is adopted from While You Were Sleeping starred by Sandra Bullock. In my opinion, when it was first published, or at least in the website, they should give 'caution' that this drama is adopted from that movie. Therefore, fans dont think that they experience dejavu or thinking that they are Nam Hoo Jo themselves ahhahha. Are you even watch this drama or not?? This drama didn't adopted from that movie at all, they just had same the title. I'm really loving the drama.. I didn't expect it to be good but right now I can't wait for the next episode.. The most fun part.. The role of Suzy Bae.. And that's when she leaves everyone in surprise.. I always look forward for Lee Jong Suk dramas as he always plays an interesting role in his dramas.. And the chemistry between the two... It's in the growing phase.. I hope it grows well..... I find funny how some people waste time into badmouth this drama using absurd and stupid arguments. I already saw people talking comparisons with Sandra Bullock's movie with the same name, with what this drama has NOTHING to do do besides this. I already saw a comment about how this drama would be better if there's no romance, when the main poster itself showed exactly how romantic it may be. I just saw a comment below of someone talking about originality based in his personal preferences at how the whole world of cinematography has similar plots and way better. You watched the first ep, didn't like? Go search for another drama, a movie, something that can blow your mind so hard how THIS drama is doing with some people that are really enjoying, and guess what? Has nothing wrong with this, because taste, preference and opinions are just like ass. To preferences, everyone has their own and to opinions, only give who wants to give. So get your cookie and shoo. Go find your perfect drama that has everything that you want it to have. I watched this Korean series because my friend persuaded me to watch it and let me read the comments on it. Actually, I do not feel that this series is the best as many of the comments are beyond reality. Maybe with the fact that I did not know the lead actors of the story. I would like to express my opinions freely. I think the story is not new or exciting because I've seen similar series in foreign countries and some actors did not play well, which sometimes confused in some scene. I do not care if anyone is dissatisfied with my comment. I have stopped watching this series. This is the first and last time for my comment, I want people to relate to this series and look at the foreign series or movies that was shot similarly to this one and do it well to improve this series. First time watched this drama, i thought i were experiencing dejavu. I just wanna praise the author and all the staffs of this drama series for a very well done job. Like seriously, every single detail of this drama was fantastic and were all given justice. It always have this plot twists that made the viewers think and hook to what will happen next. The chemistry between LJS and Suzy is undeniably strong, other characters are all great as well. The OSTs, cinematography, lines, and everything is jjang! A highly recommended drama. I decided to watch the Pilot episode and was hooked from there on. The storyline is superb! LJS is his usual amazing self. Suzy improved a lot with her acting skills. Thank you for the pleasure of watching this Kdrama. I haven't watched anything to the end since Goblin and Scarlet Heart Ryeo were shown on TV. This is another Kdrama added to my fave list! I dont like how people hate this drama just because of Suzy... Yeah, I used to dislike Suzy's acting too but can't you all just appreciate how good is the storyline.. It does not focus on just one story like I thought that the story will just be about how Suzy prevent her mother from dying eps 1 and 2 and help Kim so hyun till the end of story but it is not draggy like the other drama... Although I just watched this drama till eps 8.. I could see how enjoying this drama to watch... Okay, only me then.. The drama is amazing and intense and interesting, all in the just the first few episodes I was completely hooked by the storyline and eager to know what happens next. All the actors are doing a great job bringing this story to life. Please watch this drama or any drama for its plot and not your oppa. Ita nice to see ljs and suzy together. So far, this is the best version of suzy bae in all her dramas. The role fit her personality very well. Not too much but just the right amount of emotions. I like how she make it so simple, very natural. Ljs on the other hand was exceptional. His way of making herself felt was truly exceptional. Writing and screenplay are ok for me. Hope they can use osts that are ear catching. Overall, this drama is sooo good. I don't get it why people keep saying Suzy's acting in this drama is bad... I watched all her previous drama and I can say she improve alot and can potray her character well and more natural now.. I can say this drama can be the best drama of 2017.. The other DAs and assistants provide great comic relief. The luncheon where they all were saying prayers directed at Jung Jae-Chan was very funny. Also when Jung Jae-Chan was in the interrogation room rehearsing what he was going say and he didn't realize all of them were in the other room watching him, taking bets if he was going to win or not. Glad they took a lighter side, I thought the other DAs were going to be adversarial and so far it hasn't expecting the bad DAs from Stranger turned out that way. I was planning to start this Drama after it's done airing but I couldn't. It seems like a very good and worth watching Drama. It's the kind of shows that are made for smart people if I may say. I hope it'll keep me hooked all the way to the end. I don't understand why many comments that this is a good drama, I don't know whether it's because the cast they like but I will stop watching this because it's not funny at all.. I write my opinion for the people who come here for decide to watch.. Fade - Ratings is only 5-6% because of the Chuseok holiday in Korea so thats not quite shocking. On the other hand. This Kdrama is so good and Unpredictable u just want to know what will happen next. Also, the cinematography and transition of the story is great and you will not notice the time when you are watching the show. I hope every one in South Korea will watch the Live broadcast so that it can help in Ratings!!! I highly recommend this drama. Even non-kdrama fans will love this. From the visuals to storyline, this kdrama is amazing! If youre considering to watch it i say it is a must watch Kdrama!! I am in love with the cast and plot!! When i first saw the trailers, i tried to not keep expectations too high because from the trailers, it didnt look very interesting but rather just a pretty good drama? Although, after watch it its amazingggg~~~ Also the plot is kind of unpredictable and i love that?? It's an undeniable fact that main leads are handsome and pretty but the thing that reeled me most into this drama is the cinematography and scene arrangement. The camera work is really beautiful and the music fits nicely with the scene. So far, the story is very good. The drama reveals bit by bit of the characters' past, conflict and relationship. I love how they put little details that you won't realize until episodes later of the details' significant in the story. It's literally like seeing scattered puzzle pieces being put in place one by one. When I first saw the trailer, I thought it'd be your usual law drama with supernatural twist but turned out it's more than that! I really love this drama so far. The episodes from 1 to 4 was amazing. There was no scene that was boring to me. I'm in love with Lee Jong Suk of how he portray Jae Chan, he was so funny with those expressions he gave when talking to Hong Joo about how he fell for her. I had a big laugh with it! Suzy was also good in this drama plus she was so naturally beautiful and even the clothes she wear. This drama really catches my attention. Sad and funny at the same time. I love both leads and I'm looking forward for the next episode of how the love of those two blooms especially when will Jae Chan fall for Hong Joo. Keep up the good work WYWS cast and crew! Thumbs up for all of you :D Much watch drama this season :D First four episode I watched, exceptionally delusional. I am sooooo into it, so into the movie especially with the fast forward and backward scenes. That is why i love korean drama, they could create something illusional and relevant at the same time. I watched Lee Jong Suk for the first time in W - two world and again here. I saw powerful face expression and good tackle in the character. He really into it. While Suzy i first saw in Dream High 1, at first i thought she look awkward. But somehow i understand its her role. And just like in WYWS, i think that is how she narrated herself as hong joo. Not too much wacky and too much extrovert. Overall, i love the drama so much i can't wait for the next epsiode This drama is so amazing. In just an episode, it will get you so hooked! Emotional rollercoaster ride while watching this drama. Suzy nailed her character here, I can feel her emotions thru the screen! I cried, laughed and fall in love with her character. Lee Jong Suk's acting is natural, I love his face expression so much. Their chemistry is out of this world like it is natural that they are together, not something you can question at all. What I really like about this drama is how they creatively show the dreams through the arrangement of the scenes and how the dreams flashback and flash forward scenes alike were shown to the viewers, sometimes explaining to us the events and sometimes making us wonder more about some of the scenes. I also love how the drama story is really fast-paced because it is really rare in K-dramas. The cinematography is so good it was so satisfying to watch. Also, I really love how Jongsuk's character is portrayed here as a vain but confused character, not the usual princely or heartthrob type of character he mostly plays. He's wacky and funny here, so it's super cute and nice to see another character by Jongsuk. There's nothing really wrong with Suzy's acting though. It's not bad, but it's not exceptional either. The thing is that, Suzy makes her acting natural like she's not acting at all and that somehow confuses some viewers that she is not acting but she really is. Can you somehow get my point? I know, it's kinda confusing. Anyway, I'm gonna watch more of this drama! I just started this drama. Can anyone explain to me how the dream thing works. So I get Hanjoo gets dreams of the future and they come true. The guy said he does too. But I am confused. Does Jaechan go into the past. The girl dreamed about the accident and it happened, but then he dreamed about it and when back in the past to fix it. Does Jaechan know about the accident happening for real? Or when he goes back in the past does she not remember any of it. Please clarify how the guy is able to fix things that already happen. I am a bit picky in Korean Drama but this one made me hooked that the episode passed by without me knowing. Rollercoaster ride of emotions because of the story, the actors, the OST.. I am a girl and usually looks more on a guy because oppa is life but I can't help noticing Suzy, the girl can really act + her visual is so eye candy. I am questioning my sexuality now. You should all watch it! Even those who aren't into Kdrama are loving this drama. I love all LJS projects.. To be honest I'm not hating Suzy but not a fan also.. I think she need to improve her facial expressions more.. Hope I have time to watch this drama, I think Lee Jong Suk and Bae Suzy, have chemistry, hope this drama is worth it. I like Jong Suk to his recently leading ladies like Han Hyo Joo and Jin Se Yeon they both sweet girls, I think Suzy is sweet like them I give her a chance, though, I appreciated her in Gu Family Book, she is from k-pop groups and they said she is not act, hope Bae Suzy proves them that she become better here, because, I think she looks happy in this drama, Fighting!! I love suzy so much. I just hope she would date wooyoung : they were in dream high together, jyp nation concerts, jypnation concert, also did a collboration song classic love where they were a couple in the song and lastly a cameo as a couple in a drama.. I absolutely DISAGREE with your opinion that you see Lee Jong Suk being himself when he was acting his different roles. You gave the examples but those made my eyes go wide. His characterization in IHYV, W and As One are almost the same? Are we watching the same stuff? You had to mention those actors you think did better but that's what's prompting this reply. And Kim Soo Hyun? Try a third one and you'll confirm you're watching the same person with the same expressions, intonations, gaze etc again. When I see him in a new show it ALWAYS brings me back to his other shows. So to me, his acting is fine but can't stand the test of different roles. And therefore brings me to why I prefer the acting of Lee Jong Suk. I have never seen the same person in his various roles before. To me, I see Soo Ha. To me, I see Park Hoon. To me, I see Nam Soon. And to me, I see Kang Chul. You may accuse him of some other things, you may say you don't like the way he portrays some roles but you cannot accuse him of not bringing a difference to his roles each and every time. You've seen W, try watching it again just at the bridge scenes - the one he tried to commit suicide many years ago when he was still very young and the one he eventually did when he was much older. The scenes are identical on purpose, shot within a space of weeks but you can see the innocence and insecurities in the first and the resignation of an older man in the latter. Giving two identical scenes a totally different feel is not what a regular actor can deliver, let alone in different dramas. His ability to bring forth a new feel in each role is gold - this is what most actors actually lack and that's the reason I am a fan. I won't watch this drama. She's so bad at acting. Why are there so many good cameos? After that, I already admire Suzy Bae especially her acting skills with Woo Bin. I shed tears on the last episode actually. Since last year, I finished 17 series in total where I have seen some dramas starring Lee Jong Suk as main actor I'm a big fan too and I can say that this couple will be a big hit in 2017. I dreamt of this 2 stars to be paired and finally it happened. Unfortunately, a friend of mine who influenced me to watch Korean dramas died recently. Both of us are waiting for this drama but she can not watch it anymore : those people who are saying Suzy's acting is bad, you must wake up! Not all people are actors, and not all people can act but if you go and check suzy's profile you can see that she received many awards because of her acting and she's acknowledged by many directors, if she couldn't act why would she get projects? I bet you're all those ppl who watch the drama till the end just to find flaws and discriminate the casts... Because of him I really wanted to visit south Korea and learn their languages. I really wish and hope to see him in the near future and take a photo too. For the people who keep saying that they won't watch the drama because of Suzy, yeah, we'll see. Don't be surprised when she'd do better than before, don't give it a try to watch it when you got all curious about the drama, don't get to embarrassed when you know you're wrong about her and oh, the last thing, stop being an ass about it. Just shut your damn mouth. I'm honestly debating how willing I am to watch this because Lee Jong Suk has some of the best acting I have seen since Kim Soo Hyun... Like I loved her when I first started with Dream High but during Uncontrollably Fond I kept seeing Suzy instead of the MC. He roled his characther very good, i love the way he expressed how So Haa felt to the older lady without showing that feeling was wrong. When he roled as cardiac surgeon he acted looks like he is the one, i did not see Soo Ha when he played as Park Hoon. And i think a bid different between this two character, Soo Ha was a teeneger with an ability to hear what other people think by see their eyes, Park Hoon was a mature man who could be a cardiac surgeon through the hard way in his past. And now i am looking forward wathing his new drama, because he has a good sense and sharp consideration in choosing character that he will role. Lee Jongsuk is really best actor of his generation.. He can immersed into his character perfectly.. I can differentiate his charactee one from another. I will watch this drama for lee jongsuk of course.. I also have no problem with Suzy.. Hope this drama will turn out to be good and the chemistry between the lead as well Suzy was so good in the movie the Sound of the Flower. It was totally different genre and I want to see her again. Uncontrollably fond was too mellow. I can't handle my tears and she did great there. This writer wrote DreamHigh, Page Turner and IHYV, she's good in female characterization. I like strong female leads. I am confident I'll enjoy this drama just for the writer. Lee Jong Suk is good but some of his works like IHYV,W and As one, his characterization is almost the same. I always see LJS when he acts. I hope I see him as not LJS but most male actors in their generation is the same acting types except Kim Soo Hyun and Joo Won. Those guys seem to really change and in character. The director is from MLFTS which I like too but I don't like doctors but it was all due to the writer fault so he's safe I guess? Kim So Hyun Goblin, Page Turner + Kim Min Jae Goblin + Shin Jae Ha Page Turner.... I would definitely watch this. Just hoping that the 3 of them will have a scene together... To the writer, director and other stuffs.. We would love to see them together on this drama. And to the writer, please have a season 2 of Page Turner already. We're not yet satisfied with the 3 eps. Please grant our request. First Park Hye Ryun needs a pat on her back because I know the cast was all a plan in her brilliant mastermind. Suzy was the first female cast the writer worked with Dream High and Jong Suk was her favourite male lead cast Pinocchio and I Hear Your Voice and then Kim Soo Hyun was her another favorite I Hear Your Voice and Page Turner but what got my hopes up is the fact that she's chosen Shin Jae Ha here too from Page Turner and I'm hoping she's planing on giving us that ending some of us were hoping for in Page Turner all the Soo Hyun and Jae Ha shippers I believe this will be a good drama like Pinocchio. It's amazing how I end up being able to remember each and every characters in Pinocchio no matter how many are they. Each characters has its own charisma and have interesting relationship lines between each other. I love how the writer use pinocchio syndrome to reflect social about news rumours truth and lies. This drama will be interesting. Can't wait to see it already! I can't wait to see him back on set he's so handsome and he's also very good at acting! Although the main actress Bae Suzy, Bae su ji if I may,to me,doesn't fit the role. I don't think she can relay the true message of the drama to us. How will I put it? Whenever she's acting it feels like she was forced to act. I dont think she can portray the character to us actresses like Park min young and park shin hey can do the job cmon guys its useless if you keep complaining about the female lead role. She was wonderful in Gu Family Book but her acting was terrible in Uncontrollably Fond. I know I can't blame her acting alone, the director and writer are also to blame for her terrible character in that show. I just hope this doesn't turn out as dull as W, Lee Jong Syk is so talented, I might watch because this has a good storyline. Doctor Stranger was his best, so far. Actually, still debating whether or not to watch this drama. I got all excited when I heard about this! I just feel that she needs more training in acting. I'm expecting this series to be just as deep and twisted as ICHYV. I just hope she levels up to match with LJS's skills. Suzy is one of the greatest actresses among kpop idols even though shes famous and all that. She also somewhat did a great job on Uncontrollably Fond, and remember Dream High? Had a crush on her for a really long time because of that. But for Lee Jong Suk, his acting was almost the same in W and in Doctor Stranger, or just maybe the characters are similar. Didn't notice it in Pinocchio. But still, a great actor. Hope their chemistry will work and SBS wont screw up this drama. I have no idea about the movie by the plot that I read now, but the thing is any movie that Lee Jong suk apears in it, becomes just perfect!!!! I am angry about Suzy's participation in this movie, because I know how she acts. Suzy is really beautiful! Suzy's fans told me that Suzy did not want to participate in dramas and claimed that her first love is being singer but the director wanted her. Actually she doesn't need to accept the roles. You want it or not she doesn't have that TALENT needed. I wanted not to watch this drama when I just realized that lee jong suk has a great work. I trust him to make the drama better than we expect because he knows what to do. Maybe the reason why you liked past dramas was because of the pretty faces. You're possibly too starstruck to see how unnatural some people's acting can be. For a big drama production with a good writer and story, why would you want to ruin it with bad acting? Even her co-stars in past dramas couldn't carry her with the acting skills she has. I mean don't get me wrong, Suzy is really good at dancing and singing, but acting is not her strong point. I've seen her in Dream High, Big, Gu Family Book, and UF, and she has improved since the beginning, but her acting is still at times very unbelievable. I rather have a real actress in the drama than an idol. As for Suzy, she has had several opportunities by now to prove herself as an actress and yet even in Gu Family book she was imo the weakest link in the main cast. For people saying in the comments not to judge her by her previous work - that is some strange logic. How do you then evaluate anyone's work actress or actor if you do not take into consideration what they have previously shown on screen? I don't think it's unreasonable for people to be wary of Suzy's casting as lead - she has not really proven herself to be a strong actress thus far. Hopefully the PD can guide her well and she has decent chemistry with Jong Suk. And maybe this will be the one where she finally gets the hang of it and delivers a solid performance. One can always hope. I will be cautiously optimistic for this drama. Good luck to the crew and cast! Yes to Jong Suk. What's with all these idols thinking they can just go into acting without no training, and no acting talent? Sorry Suzy fans, but you need to wake up to the truth. As someone else said, I think it's unfair to cast her with Woo Bin, Jong Suk, etc. They are professional actors and are amazing at their craft. I don't my time wasted by some run of the mill singer who thinks she's a professional actress because she starred alongside a few powerhouse actors. I mean, it wouldn't be the first time that idols have used another's talent to boost their own popularity. I can't help but feel that Suzy is doing just that; riding on the coattails of the likes of Woo Bin and Jong Suk. That makes me sad, but those young men deserve so much better. Can the management reconsider Bae Suzy... But it would be better if she could be pair to a veteran actress. Will you consider Son Ye-Jin, i think they could be perfect combination. But definitely not Suzy..... I like suzy, but even as a fan, she just can't act. I couldn't even finish that drama. I didn't come here to hate, I literally just found out through this post. By the way, i'm not weird fangirl, wouldn't give a shit if she jumped on him and made out. I watched Dream High, Big, Gu Family Book, and UF. Suzy's acting isn't bad in fact she's improved a lot compared to Dream High days. I have nothing against her. I always feel kind of sad when an idol cast in a drama and as a main lead, on top of that. But they lose to idols due to their popularity. And you UF, I actually have that thought too. So what's next, Woo-bin and Hyo Joo? I don't like her last drama, UF with Kim Woo Bin. It never makes me curious to watch her drama but in Gu Family Book, she did her best and I like her acting in GFB. And I hope that she will pull her acting with LJS because LJS is a great actor and he is my bias. I hope she proves to the audience that she can have a great chemistry with LJS. I hate Suzy's acting. It's awkward and cringe-worthy and she needs to stick to what she does best; modelling and singing. This trend of kpop stars getting into acting doesn't necessarily piss me off, as there have been many singers who have been exceptional in kdramas and movies see: Eunji, Hoya, Sungjae, Seo In Guk. However it's when stars which have repeatedly shown bad acting skills but they keep getting roles due to their looks and their fame as singers - that's what I hate. Suzy has been in many successful dramas, Dream High and Gu Family Book to name a few. However I would not attribute the success of these dramas to her, rather to the storyline and the other characters. Lee Jong Suk has proven to be an extremely talented actor, so I think it's quite unfair to pair him with someone like Suzy. I said the same thing for Kim Woo Bin, and I say this again for this drama too.
